Harnisch-Lacey Dance Theatre is committed to producing high quality original dance theatre, integrating and combining cross genre dance, music, theatre and film; and thereby challenging existing notions of stage and performance spaces. Audience Development
HLDT offer a wide ranging education and outreach programme and relate directly to current and past performance works and themes of these productions. Company workshops are aimed to provide an opportunity for participants to learn new skills, be creative and develop their own choreographic skills, as well as work with company dancers. The workshops draw on Contemporary and Breakdance influences.
The company has the ability to offer workshops from primary ages to the over 70s, as well as working with professional artists, educational institutions, community organisations and local groups.
